The Hz. Ali Water Well
Has Been Opened in Nigeria
Water scarcity is a problem that affects millions of people worldwide and threatens lives. It becomes even more dire in African countries struggling with drought. As ILA Association, guided by our principle of “A World We Are Responsible For,” we strive to overcome this problem. In this context, we opened a new water well in a village in Nigeria, thereby providing the people of the region with access to clean and safe water.
The Opening Ceremony Drew Great Interest
The opening ceremony of our water well took place with great enthusiasm. Villagers, officials, and representatives of ILA Association attended the ceremony. The officials who delivered speeches expressed their gratitude for this meaningful project by ILA Association, while the residents of the region shared their joy.
The Water Well Is of Vital Importance
The water well we opened provides clean and safe water access to more than 500 people in the village. As a result, the risk of residents contracting waterborne diseases will decrease, hygiene conditions will improve, and agricultural activities will also become more productive.
With the opening of the water well, new opportunities are emerging not only for basic needs but also for education and development. The children in the village will no longer have to spend hours searching for water and will be able to devote more time to their education. The women, meanwhile, will be able to complete their household chores more easily and quickly.

Our Mission as ILA Association Continues
The Water Well Is a Source of Life
As ILA Association, we are aware that water is a source of life. For this reason, we will continue to combat water scarcity and continue to open water wells in regions in need. We extend our thanks to everyone who supported the opening of the Hz. Ali water well.
